Our stay was mind-blowing! The modern, super clean rooms and spacious bathroom were jaw-dropping. The authentic Balinese style of the building and garden gave it a beautiful touch. The staff and their pets made us feel at home. Located close to restaurants and art galleries, it was the perfect place to explore. The friendly and helpful staff gave great recommendations, and the beautiful garden added to the charm. We were amazed by the English-speaking staff member, Mura, who went above and beyond to organize day trips and even helped with a medical visit. The excellent rooms were spacious, with comfy beds, great showers, and they were very clean. The location was superb, within walking distance to popular attractions. The free breakfast was a bonus. our stay was fantastic, and if we ever return to this area, we would definitely choose this place again!

I loved how I had to pay extra for Wi-Fi, airport pick-up, and laundry services. So convenient! Oh, and let's not forget the breathtaking views of the garden from the terrace. Such a treat!
It was absolutely delightful how the staff carried my stuff downstairs "just in case" I was late. Their weak apology made it even more special.
